The village of Novovorontsovka is located on the shores of the Kakhovka Reservoir in Kherson Oblast, bordering Dnipro Oblast. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the village was at a standstill. Russian troops regularly shelled Novovorontsovka with Grad and Uragan systems and used banned cluster munitions, which turned part of the settlement into ruins. Enemy artillery is reaching here even from the depths of the occupied Kherson region, and the positions of the Ukrainian military have been repeatedly covered with phosphorus bombs.

Meanwhile, in the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka in the Kherson region, they plan to restore the building of the local hospital. The cost of the work, according to the project, is UAH 120.7 million. And in the village of Davydiv Brid in the Kherson region, they plan to build an outpatient clinic for general family medicine. The project cost is UAH 33.5 million, with UAH 21.9 million available.
