Regional Road Service recreation center in Odesa region fell in price by 7 million

Insolvency trustee Oleksandr Bokhan has re-auctioned a complex of buildings, structures and equipment of the Dorozhnyk recreation center in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region.

According to the Prozorro.Sale system, all this property is being auctioned off in the rehabilitation procedure of the Odesa Oblavtodor subsidiary of the State Joint Stock Company State Joint Stock Company Automobile Roads of Ukraine.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 28 million 571.2 thousand, and the auction is scheduled for August 26. This is the second attempt to sell the property - the first auction was to be held on August 7 with a starting price of UAH 35.7 million, but failed due to the lack of bidders.

The property in question is a complex of buildings and structures with a total area of 7,126.6 square meters located on land plots with a total area of 2.73 hectares and 18 units of equipment that are in an unserviceable condition), located at the address: Odesa region, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district, Shabivska village council, complex of buildings and structures No. 62. In particular, these are: sleeping complexes, a dining room, a dormitory, an operator's house, treatment facilities, a water tower, a water supply system, a bandstand, and a locksmith's workshop.

Earlier, the gas supply systems owned by Yu-Gaz in Odesa were sold for UAH 36 million 318 thousand. The buyer was Fintrust Capital, a limited liability company. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2024 in Kyiv. The ultimate beneficial owner is Alina Gudkova, a resident of Zhytomyr.
