Odesa residents are suffering from power supply problems caused by Russian shelling - in some places there has been no electricity for 26 hours.
Representatives of DTEK Odesa Power Grids cannot give a clear forecast of when the power will be restored, and currently it is expected to be restored at 12:00 on November 18.
However, since November 17, these forecasts have been inaccurate, as initially the power was expected to be restored at 18:00 and then at 23:00, with the electricity coming back on for an hour or so, and then going off again.
Also, the city's electric transport did not run on its routes. According to the mayor's office, it will be replaced by the usual increased number of taxis and additional large buses that Odesa received from international partners.
