The State Enterprise "Local Road Service" has conducted a procurement to select a contractor to be paid for the operational maintenance of public roads of local importance in Odesa district.
The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.
The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features, and the only participant in this procurement was Yug Stroy Company, a limited liability company, which, if the agreement is concluded, will have to maintain the district's roads until December 31, 2025. It expects to receive UAH 129 million 853.3 thousand for this.

According to the YouControl service, Yug Stroy Company, a limited liability company, was registered in 2015 and has been owned by Alla Ilyukhina since last year.
Since the beginning of the year, the company has won a number of tenders totaling UAH 16 million 809.3 thousand. Also in early June, the Education Department of the Fontansky Village Council of Odesa District held a second tender to select a company to pay for the reconstruction of the building of the preschool education institution, the Nesting Nursery. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features, and the only participant was Yug Stroy Company, a limited liability company, which, if the agreement is concluded, will have to complete the work by September 1, 2027, and receive UAH 26 million 992 thousand for it.
