Odesa hospitals received two and a half billion from the National Health Service

The National Health Service of Ukraine has paid more than UAH 2.5 billion to medical institutions in Odesa Oblast that provide emergency, primary and specialized medical care in Odesa Oblast under the medical guarantees program.

This was reported by the NHSU press service.

Payment for the services provided was received by 264 healthcare providers in Odesa Oblast who have concluded an agreement with the NHSU under the Medical Guarantee Program. These are 125 municipal medical institutions that received a total of UAH 2.2 billion, private medical institutions - UAH 82.8 million, individual entrepreneurs - 92 institutions received UAH 31.7 million, and seven state institutions received UAH 206.7 million.

The five medical institutions in Odesa Oblast that received the largest amount of payments from the NHSU are as follows:

The NHSU paid more than UAH 910.1 million for the provision of priority services to specialized medical care facilities in Odesa Oblast in January-March. More than UAH 896.7 million was paid to specialized medical care institutions in Odesa Oblast for services provided in January-March, which are paid at the global rate. More than UAH 161.9 million to the institutions of the National Academy of Medical Sciences and the Ministry of Health of Odesa Oblast under the Transitional Financial Support for the Provision of Medical Services by Healthcare Institutions package.
