Odesa District Auctions Seized 4.5 Hectares of Land for ₴5.21M

The Dobroslav Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa District of Odesa Region of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice has put up for sale the seized land plot.

The auction is scheduled for March 4. The land is located on the territory of the Fontanska community. This is 4.5 hectares intended for commercial agricultural production. The starting price of the lot is UAH 5 million 210.2 thousand.

Limited Liability Company "Krym-Ukrproduct" may become a participant with a preemptive right.

Earlier, investigators sent an indictment to the court against a resident of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odesa region for unauthorized occupation of a land plot in the protected zone. Earlier, Intent wrote that in Bolhrad district of Odesa region, a 33-year-old man illegally built sheds for keeping cattle in the border zone. He was charged with unauthorized seizure of land and construction in the zone of special land use regime. The accused faces a maximum sentence of three years in prison.

In addition, a case was brought to court against the state registrar of a village council in Odesa region. He illegally re-registered state land worth over 134 million hryvnias. Earlier, the Economic Court of Odesa Region satisfied the claim of the Bilyaevsky District Prosecutor's Office to return to the state forestry lands of special value, which are part of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine, with a total area of 1 hectare worth more than UAH 30 million.

In addition, the state was given back the reserve lands that had been used for private agriculture. The value of the land is over UAH 33 million.
