Earlier, Odesa found funding for the purchase of an MRI and ultrasound machine for Hospital No. 10 for UAH 127 million.

The project involves the reconstruction of premises for the equipment, its installation, and staff training. All works will last until 2026.

It also became known that Hospital No. 10 was overpaid for medical services by more than a million hryvnias. The contract was signed with a private company, although there was a cheaper one among the tender offers. The tender was won by the private company B.M.L. LLC. The beneficiary of this company is Olha Bohomolets, who was formerly Viktor Yushchenko's personal physician and a member of the Ukrainian parliament.
