The Commission on Social Policy and Labor agreed that district administrations should allocate UAH 12 million 820 thousand to pay bonuses to housing and communal services workers who participated in the response to the Russian air attacks.

According to Maryna Lozovenko, head of the Kyiv District Administration, even accounting staff came out to draw up reports during the attacks.

Moreover, as the official noted, in general, this work is performed by housing and communal services workers, even in those buildings that are maintained by management companies. At the moment, it is about bonuses for those who have already worked.

So, the funds were planned as follows:

It should be noted that Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov ordered to convene the city council members for a regular session on April 16. Intent will traditionally broadcast the session online. Meanwhile, preparations for the session are underway. In particular, meetings of permanent deputy commissions are taking place to consider issues that may be submitted to the deputies for consideration at the session, and Intent is monitoring these meetings.

There are 12 standing committees in Odesa city council, but as of February 22, 2025, the standing committee on culture, tourism and international relations and the standing committee on regulations, deputy ethics and corruption prevention cannot make decisions, as they currently have less than three deputies.
