Odesa allocated 19 million for road repairs without auctions

The Road Maintenance Department of Odesa City Council held three procurements to select companies that will be paid for the maintenance of the municipal road network.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the data from the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

This time, we are talking about three lists of plots with a total length of 12,250 square meters. The total amount of contracts expected to be awarded by the winners is UAH 19 million 650 thousand. However, unlike the previous tenders, this time the contracts were awarded to three different companies, although in each tender the winners were the only bidders.

Thus, the winner of the list No. 10: Oleksiy Vadatursky Street, Mykhailo Komarov Street, Lustdorfska Road, Polska Street, Svobody Avenue, and Muscatna Street was DSK Avtoshlyakh, a limited liability company. The company expects to earn UAH 9 million 307.9 thousand for the maintenance of 5.8 thousand square meters of roads.

According to the YouControl service, DSK Avtoshlyakh LLC was registered in 2019 in Kyiv, but the ultimate beneficiary is Gennadiy Spryshevsky from Odesa.

The European Roads of Ukraine Limited Liability Company will carry out the current repairs of the municipal road network according to the list No. 9: Serednofontanska Street and Fontanska Road. The company expects to pay UAH 5 million 60.4 thousand for the repair of 3,150 square meters of city roads.

The company was registered in 2016 in Odesa. The owner is also an Odesa resident Denys Mykhailiuk.

The third list No. 8 consists of Mykhailo Hrushevskoho Street, Rozumovska Street, Mechnykov Street, the intersection of Vysokyi Lane and Mechnykov Street, and Myasoedovska Street. Dorstroygroup, a limited liability company, plans to repair the roads on this list. The company expects to spend 5 million 281.7 thousand hryvnias for 3.3 thousand hryvnias. According to the YouControl service, the LLC was registered in the village of Velykyi Dalnyk, located near Odesa, in 2019. The owner is currently Hennadii Chudnovets.
