Two road giants have distributed road sections in Odesa to be repaired

The Road Maintenance Department of Odesa City Council held four procurements to select companies that will be paid for the maintenance of the municipal road network.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

There are four lists of sites with a total length of 36,550 square meters.

The total amount of contracts expected to be awarded to the winners is 80 million 31 thousand hryvnias. The only participants in each procurement were Avomagistral-Pivden and Rostdorstroy limited liability companies. Each company participated solely in one procurement.

"Avtomagistral-Pivden won the right to repair roads under list No. 6 - street sections:

Under this tender, the company expects to receive UAH 19 million 514 thousand.

And according to list No. 3, that is, sections of streets:

Under this tender, the company expects to receive UAH 19 million 631.3 thousand.

According to YouControl, until September 2022, the owners of Avtomagistral-Pivden LLC were Valeriy Korotkov and Oleh Nalyvanyi from Odesa. Currently, the ultimate beneficiary is Oleksandr Boyko, a resident of Odesa region.

"Rostdorstroy won the procurement for street repairs under Lists 4 and 7, which are street sections:

In total, the company expects to earn UAH 40 million 885.9 thousand from these two tenders.

According to YouControl, Rostdorstroy is owned by Odesa City Council deputy Yurii Shumacher and businessman Yevhen Konovalov. The owners are associated with the "Trust the Deeds" party. The company was registered in 2005, and its main activity is the construction of roads and highways.
