The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has found signs of inaccuracy in the declaration of Vadym Koloidenko , a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council, for 2024 in the amount of UAH 23 million 316.6 thousand.
According to the Center for Public Investigations, the NACP published the relevant data on the results of the full verification of the deputy's declaration.
Based on the results of the audit, the agency's analysts calculated that the MP declared 495 thousand dollars and 106 thousand euros in cash. At the NACP's request, he explained that these were savings for the period 2013-2024, but after NACP analysts calculated the MP's income and expenses from 2000 to 2024, they concluded that he could have actually saved no more than USD 28,975.
Theaudit lasted from November 10, 2025, to February 27, 2026. Koloidenko filed his declaration on March 27, 2025. The basis for the in-depth analysis was automated signals and complaints. That is, the difference between the declared savings and the NACP's calculations is UAH 23 million 316.6 thousand.
The MP did not indicate his mother's 49-square-meter apartment in Odesa in his declaration, although he explained to the agency that he had actually lived in this apartment since 2024 and did not enter it in the declaration by mistake. He also forgot to indicate in his declaration that he uses a house in the village of Kryzhanivka, Odesa district, where his minor children actually live. The MP owns a 2019 Volkswagen Touareg, but did not indicate the cost in the section "Vehicles".
Vadym Koloidenko is also the sole owner of the limited liability company TD Polyus, but did not enter any information about it in the section "Corporate rights".
Eventually, the NACP sent information about the results of the inspection to law enforcement agencies, noting that it had found signs of an offense under Part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Declaration of false information). If an investigation is initiated and the MP is found guilty in court, he may face a fine of six thousand to eight thousand tax-free minimum incomes or community service for 150 to 240 hours, or restriction of liberty for up to two years, or imprisonment for the same term, with disqualification to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
