Mykolaiv is looking for a vehicle and premises security guard until the end of the year. More than half a million hryvnias have been allocated from the budget for this purpose.
This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.
Mykolaivpastrans, a municipal enterprise of the Mykolaiv City Council, has announced a tender for the provision of security services for road transport facilities.
The expected value of the tender is UAH 558,828.
According to the terms of the tender, security services are to be provided for administrative and economic buildings, production and ancillary premises, as well as for the adjacent territory and the vehicle parking lot.
The tender provides for the submission of bids by January 27, 2025, and the auction itself will begin on January 28, 2025. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 5,588, which is equal to 1% of the expected cost.
The selected contractor must provide services until December 31, 2025. The scope of services is 8007 hours of security. The facilities shall be protected around the clock.
Payment for the services rendered will be made by the 5th day of the month following the reporting month on the basis of certificates of completion via bank transfer.

Bidders are not required to provide a bid security. The selected contractor must provide information on the availability of equipment, material and technical base and technologies.
The contractor must also have at least two service dogs to strengthen the protection of the customer's territory, specialized vehicles, an administrative building, 5 security guards with qualifications of at least the 3rd category, etc. The type of security is defined as an inspection and watchdog security service.
Earlier, in Mykolaiv, the tender for the protection of fortifications was transferred without a competitive procedure to the municipal enterprise Mykolaiv Regional Guard. More than UAH 2 million was allocated from the city budget for this purpose. Only one participant applied for the tender and won the contract by offering UAH 2 million 100 thousand. The decision on the intention to conclude the contract has now been made public.
In addition, the National Guard was awarded the contract for security in Mykolaiv and will receive over UAH 1.5 million for the services provided. Under the terms of the tender, the security services will include ensuring the security of office premises, protection of property and safety of people at the facility.
