Mykolaiv Tram Routes Change: New Directions for Routes 11 and 3

Tram traffic in Mykolaiv has been changed due to repair work. Trams on route 11 will run through new streets, while route 3 has changed its final stop and direction in the opposite direction.

This was announced by the mayor Oleksandr Senkevych.

Starting today, changes in tram traffic will take place in Mykolaiv. Route 11 will run from the Central Market via Sinnaya, Zakhystykiv Mykolaivu and Kovalska streets to 6 Slobidska street and back. The changes are due to repair work on some sections of the route.

According to the mayor, it is also worth paying attention to the adjustment of tram traffic on route No. 3. From now on, trams will run from 10 Voinna Street through Marko Kropyvnytskoho Street to Zakhystnykiv Mykolaivu Street and the final stop of the CHSZ. In the opposite direction, trams will run on route #11, via 6 Slobidska Street.

Tram #3 has temporarily changed its route due to track repairs. Employees of Mykolaivelectrotrans have begun ongoing repairs to the rail and sleeper structure and landscaping at the intersection of Marko Kropyvnytskoho and 1 Voienna streets.

Recently, Mykolaiv launched a new bus route No. 79 to connect remote areas of the city. It will be operated by Mykolaivpastrans. The new route covers numerous stops, including Odeske Shosse, Vadym Blahovisnyi, Velyka Morskaya, Buznyka, Tsentralnyi and Bohoyavlenskyi avenues, as well as Troitska, Kosmonavtiv and other streets.

Earlier, the city also introduced new public transportation fares, and students and schoolchildren will be offered reduced rates. In particular, schoolchildren will be able to use public transportation for free during martial law. In addition, new tariffs for passenger transportation by shuttle buses were set in Mykolaiv. The fare for a trip within the city will be UAH 15 per passenger.
