Mykolaiv plans to reconstruct the water supply network on Budivelnykiv Street. The project involves restoration work that will last until August 2025. Funds for the reconstruction were provided by the Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

Open bidding was announced for the project, with an expected cost of UAH 3 million 215 thousand 682. Bidders have until April 4 to submit their proposals, and the auction is scheduled for April 7.

The customer of the works is Mykolaivvodokanal, a municipal utility company. The tender involves the reconstruction of the water supply system from Bohoyavlensky Avenue to the company's premises at 11-A Budivelnykiv Street.

The minimum price reduction step is UAH 32,156, or 1% of the expected cost. According to the terms of the tender, the works must be completed by August 1, 2025. The client provides for an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the work after signing the contract and submitting the relevant invoice, the rest will be paid upon completion of the work on the basis of an acceptance certificate.

The winner of the procurement procedure must provide a contract performance security in the amount of 2.6% of the contract value.

The tender is part of the water supply infrastructure development plan for Mykolaiv. The implementation of this project is aimed at improving the quality of water supply for city residents and ensuring the stability of water supply. According to the tender documentation, Denmark provided funding for the reconstruction. The contractor must guarantee the proper operational condition of the work performed for 10 years.

Mykolaiv has also announced a tender to select a contractor to overhaul the administrative buildings of the utility. More than UAH 15 million is allocated for these works.

The Veselynivka village council in Mykolaiv region signed a UAH 3 million agreement to install a protective structure with Yulcom-Service, a company that previously installed containers instead of shelters. This contractor has repeatedly received public contracts, but is involved in investigations into the overpricing and poor quality of shelters in various regions of Ukraine.
