The meeting of the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council is scheduled to consider more than 70 issues, including support for the military, changes in the field of electric transport, dismantling of temporary structures, housing issues and reallocation of budget funds.

As Intent has learned from the agenda, one of the key issues will be amending the decision on the list of military units, state organizations and institutions that will receive subventions from the budget of the Mykolaiv city territorial community to improve logistics and implement national resistance measures in 2026. The executive committee will also consider the allocation of materials from the city's material reserve.

A separate set of issues concerns finances. Members of the executive committee will have to agree on the redistribution of expenditures for 2026 for both the executive committee of the city council and the administration of the Central District. In addition, they plan to make a decision on providing financial assistance to city residents.

The meeting may also amend the rules for the use of city electric transport in Mykolaiv. In addition, they plan to consider additions to the organization of traffic on certain streets of the city.

The agenda also includes humanitarian aid. The executive committee plans to amend decisions on the distribution of aid received from the United Nations Development Program and the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration among the city's utilities.

A significant part of the meeting will be devoted to the issues of landscaping and architecture. In particular, officials are planning to consider a series of projects to dismantle temporary structures in different districts of Mykolaiv. These are kiosks and other structures on Lazurna, Industrialna, Pohranichna, Sadova, Kovalska streets, as well as on Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue and other locations in the city.

In addition, the executive committee is to approve the regulations for the "Give a Tree to the City" campaign, as well as amendments to the division of responsibility for the maintenance of public amenities between utility companies and executive bodies of the city council.

Separately, the executive committee members will consider housing issues: apartment registration, changes to the registration files, provision of dormitory accommodation and improvement of citizens' living conditions. The agenda also includes blocks of issues related to child welfare and protection in all districts of the city.
