Residents of Mykolaiv complained about the lack of water at the free water distribution points, where the tank was not filled during the day. There were also difficulties with access to another point due to ice.

This was reported by the Contact Center at Mykolaiv City Council.

Residents of Mykolaiv expressed concern about the constant lack of water at free water distribution points, in particular at 3B Kolodyazna Street.

The citizens reported that the distribution point had not been working since the morning and that the tank had not been filled during the day. The emergency service operator assured that the problem would be solved. Residents noted that this is not the first time that this point has lacked water, it has been happening for several months.

The residents also appealed to the relevant authorities regarding another water distribution point at 2A Lazurna Street. This time they complained that ice had formed around it, making it difficult to access water. Residents are asking the utility to take measures to spray sand to ensure safety.

Earlier, residents of a house on Kurortna Street in Mykolaiv raised the alarm because of the emergency condition of the trees behind the building. According to them, overhead branches are falling onto balconies, damaging windows and posing a threat to residents, especially on entrances 1-4. Residents also complain about the poor condition of the benches near the 1st and 2nd entrances, which have long been in need of replacement, and have become dangerous to use, particularly for the elderly and children.

Residents of a building at 69 Lambertovska Street reported that the Mykolaivkomuntrans utility company refused to collect packaged garbage bags because of their weight. According to the residents, the bags contained only fallen leaves, but the workers refused to remove them.

In addition, residents complain about the high level of accidents at the intersection of Karazina Street and 3rd Military Street, where serious accidents with injuries and deaths often occur. The locals have repeatedly appealed to the authorities to take measures to improve safety on this section of the road.
