Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv City Council's Communal Property Department Tetiana Dmytrova reported at a city council session that 14 communal property objects that were put up for auction had generated almost 20 million hryvnias. This is twice the starting price of the objects.

The discussion took place in the context of a proposal to amend the City Council's decision "On Approval of the List of Small-scale Privatization of Communal Property of Mykolaiv City Territorial Community Subject to Privatization by Auction."

During the session, deputy Artem Ilyuk reminded that auctions are currently underway for 114 municipal property objects approved for sale at previous meetings and suggested that new objects be held back for now.

Dmytro Falko, Secretary of the City Council, asked Tetyana Dmytrova, Deputy Head of the City Council's Communal Property Department, to explain the auctions that have already taken place.

According to Dmytrova, 15 auctions have already taken place. The head of the municipal property department said that they sold the objects for twice the starting price of the auctions.

In only one case did the winner withdraw, but the city budget has already received UAH 19.9 million for the other 14 properties.

The agenda included more than 100 issues, including 69 land issues, 32 current issues, and three budget issues. According to the draft decisions, the deputies will be offered to increase the revenue side of the budget of the Mykolaiv city territorial community by UAH 293.2 million by increasing the volume of interbudgetary transfers. At the same time, expenditures will be increased by UAH 320.8 million.

During the meeting, Mykolaiv City Council also got rid of a pro-Russian deputy. Tetyana Kravchuk, a deputy of the Mykolaiv City Council of the VIIІ convocation, submitted a letter of resignation. The decision was supported unanimously.
