Mykolaiv Judge Volodymyr Liashchenko Declares ₴1M Income and Assets

Volodymyr Liashchenko, a judge of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv, stated in his declaration that he lives on his salary. He and his family have money in bank accounts, but he decided not to disclose the exact amounts.

This became known from the judge's annual declaration for 2024.

Volodymyr Liashchenko owns a 65.1 m² apartment in Mykolaiv, which he purchased in 2015 for UAH 81,981. In addition, he has a 17.6 m² garage that he has owned since 2020.

Among the vehicles listed in the declaration is a 2005 Mercedes-Benz E 220 CDI. The judge purchased it in 2019 for UAH 122,385.

The main source of Lyashchenko's income is the salary he receives at the Territorial Department of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region. In 2024, he declared income of UAH 1 million 99 thousand 839. The judge's wife, Svitlana Lyashchenko, received UAH 5,000 in social benefits as an IDP. The judge also declared a scholarship for his daughter Sofia, who is studying at Mykolaiv Medical College. The girl received a little more than 20 thousand hryvnias over the year.

The judge also indicated the availability of funds in his bank accounts, but the exact amounts were not disclosed in the declaration.

Earlier, Intent wrote about judge from Pivdenoukrainsk Oleksandr Savin, who owns a significant amount of real estate and assets, including a residential building, land plots, and several bank accounts.

Also, Ivan Kukhta, the head of Snihuriv MVA, declared several land plots, shares in various companies, cars and significant cash assets, and disclosed details of his income. The submitted declaration contains information about all these assets and the official's financial income.

Mykola Marinov, deputy head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, also filed a declaration in which he disclosed his family's significant assets. The document includes information on real estate, vehicles, financial assets and sources of income of both the official and his wife.
