Judge Oleksandr Savin Declares ₴1.5M Salary, Extensive Real Estate Holdings

Oleksandr Savin, a judge from Pivdenoukrainsk, owns a significant amount of real estate and assets, including a residential building, land plots, and several bank accounts.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Unified Register of Declarations.

The main source of income was his salary received from the Territorial Department of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region, which amounted to more than one and a half million hryvnias.

The judge became the owner of several properties in 2021. He purchased a residential building with an area of 277.5 m² for UAH 745 thousand 893 in the village of Kostiantynivka. He also has a 49.9 m² room registered in his name, which he purchased for UAH 22 thousand 474 back in February 2021 in the village of Buzke.

In addition, the judge owns several land plots: a plot of 1182 m² for UAH 21,213 and a plot of 82 m² for UAH 818.

The judge's wife, Natalia Savina, owns a 100-square-meter plot of land and a 15-square-meter trade pavilion in Pivdenoukrainsk, purchased for 100 thousand hryvnias in 2020.

In addition, Savin had over UAH 50 thousand in his savings account "Skarbnichka" at PrivatBank. He also received a pension of UAH 281 thousand. His wife , Natalia Savina, also received a pension - her payments for the year amounted to almost 79 thousand hryvnias.

Additionally, the judge declared income of UAH 600 thousand received from the sale of real estate.

Oleksandr Savin also has funds in the amount of UAH 374,142 on his Privatbank account. Another account of this bank contains UAH 11 thousand 143.

Oleksandr Savin also owns a Mercedes-Benz E-250, which was manufactured in 2015. The car was purchased on July 19, 2022 for 700,000 hryvnias.

Since 2018, the judge has been driving a Hyundai Santa Fe worth over UAH 142,000. But this car is no longer listed in the declaration. Last year, the official also earned over UAH 1.5 million.

Ivan Kukhta, the head of the Snihuriv MVA, also declared several land plots, shares in various companies, cars and significant monetary assets, and disclosed details of his income. The submitted declaration contains information about all these assets and the official's financial income.

Mykola Marinov, deputy head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, also filed a declaration in which he disclosed his family's significant assets. The document includes information on real estate, vehicles, financial assets and sources of income of both the official and his wife.
