Mykolaiv District Under Attack: Missiles, Drones and Artillery Strikes

The enemy attacked Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts with missiles, FPV drones and artillery, damaging houses and power grids.

On the night of February 21, air defense forces destroyed four Shahed 131/136 kamikaze drones over Mykolaiv region.

A day earlier, on February 20, at around 17:05, the enemy struck the Bashtanka district, allegedly with an S-300/S-400 missile. As a result of the falling debris on a household plot and the blast wave, windows and doors of several houses were damaged.

In Mykolaivka district, the enemy attacked twice with FPV drones and at 11:18 a.m. fired artillery at Kutsurubska community. In Dmytrivka village, the power supply line was damaged and quickly repaired.

In addition, at 12:29, an FPV drone attacked the water area of the Ochakiv community. No people were injured.

On the night of February 20, the Mykolaiv region air defense forces shot down an enemy Shahed 131/136 attack drone. The occupiers launched five artillery strikes on the Kutsurub community, fired on the waters of the Ochakiv community, launched a missile attack from tactical aircraft, and sent the drone to an industrial facility.

On February 17, the Russian army launched an artillery strike on the Kutsurubska community in Mykolaiv district. The shelling damaged a private house and a power line in the village of Kutsurub. Four settlements in the community - Kutsurub, Ivanivka, Yaselka and Dmytrivka - were left without electricity.

On the night of February 16, Russian troops launched a massive attack on the city. The enemy attacked Mykolaiv, causing damage to critical infrastructure. The blast wave and falling debris damaged five high-rise buildings, as well as four shops, a catering facility, and office space. One man was wounded in the strike.
