The latter provides funding in the amount of over UAH 65.9 billion, most of which is from the city's local community. The program covers both the current maintenance of housing and communal services and the elimination of the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

The deputies also agreed on the city's participation in the international project "Revenue-free water" under the Green Recovery Program. This is a reconstruction of the water supply system in a certain area of the city with the support of the Danish government, the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DMFA), and NEFCO.
