Mykolaiv allocated 8 million for patient and doctor safety

In Mykolaiv, they decided to equip a shelter in a medical facility. More than eight million hryvnias were allocated from the budget for this purpose.

It is planned to repair and equip a shelter at the Primary Health Care Center No. 2. The works are to be commissioned by the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Mykolaiv City Council.

The deadline for submitting bids is October 29. The auction is scheduled for October 30, 2024.

The expected value of the procurement is UAH 8 million 299 thousand 45. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 82 thousand 990.

Bidders must provide a tender offer in the amount of UAH 248 thousand.

Among other repairs, the successful bidder will have to dismantle flooring, stairs, door frames, window frames, dismantle the masonry of walls and partitions, and remove plaster. They will also have to lay water supply and sewerage systems, install water heaters, conduct electricity, install ventilation, etc.

According to the terms of the procurement, the selected contractor must complete the repair work by May 1, 2025.

The Mykolaiv Rehabilitation Center for Children with Special Needs also decided to equip a shelter. Almost one and a half million hryvnias were allocated from the budget for this purpose. The selected contractor should complete the repair work by December 31, 2024.

Major repairs of the radiation shel ter are also planned for the dormitory building of the Novodesskyi Vocational College. Almost thirty million hryvnias will be spent from the state budget. The estimated duration of the repair is seven months. The 1520-square-meter shelter is designed for 450 people.

Mykolaiv also plans to install fire alarms in two educational institutions. Almost three million hryvnias will be allocated from the budget. The Education Department of the Mykolaiv City Council has announced a tender for the repair of the fire alarm and fire warning system at Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 28 and Mykolaiv Gymnasium No. 32.
