Mrochko's subordinates appointed police to guard MBA facilities for half a million without a tender

The Kherson City Military Administration has signed an agreement with the Kherson Oblast Security Police Department to provide security services for city facilities for UAH 500,000 for three months.

The procurement was carried out under a non-tender procedure, i.e. without a tender, when the customer directly selects a supplier and enters into an agreement with it. This approach does not involve other potential participants and requires only a report on the concluded agreement. According to the customer, the choice of this contractor is due to the fact that only it can provide the necessary services.

The security services include surveillance of the facilities from 8:00 to 20:00, as well as measures to ensure public safety and order at the specified facilities. The agreement covers the period from January 1 to March 31, 2025 and has a total value of UAH 501,366. The security services will be provided by the Kherson Regional Police Department.

Recently in Kherson, representatives of the city council signed a contract worth more than one million hryvnias without bidding or auction to provide waste disposal services and take it to the landfill.

On January 17, the municipal enterprise Parks of Kherson, which organizes and maintains the city's green areas, signed an agreement with another Kherson City Council utility, Ecopolis. The administration decided not to hold a tender, concluding a contract worth UAH 1 million 302 thousand without using an electronic system.

Recently, the Kherson City Ritual Service announced a tender for the purchase of memorial complexes for fallen soldiers buried at the Geologists Cemetery. The expected cost of the purchase is UAH 6 million. In September 2024, the Kherson funeral service already announced an identical tender.
