The court will consider the case of illegal contracts for services for Kherson worth almost UAH 7 million. It is about street cleaning and landscaping.

According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, they appealed to the Economic Court of Odesa Oblast to invalidate three service contracts and return more than UAH 6.6 million to the state budget.

The prosecutor's office explained that prior to the full-scale invasion, one of the departments of the Kherson City Council had entered into agreements with a private company that had won tenders for street cleaning, landscaping, and green space maintenance services. However, it later turned out that this company was acting in collusion with other bidders.

According to the agency, during the bidding process, competitors coordinated their actions by simultaneously submitting documents and downloading files from the same IP address. These violations were confirmed by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and recorded in official decisions.

Meanwhile, two companies from Odesa and Kherson are under suspicion of the Antimonopoly Committee. They were suspected of collusion in public procurement. Antimonopoly authorities have launched a case against CREDO S LLC and Kherson Bakery LLC.

They also uncovered collusion in procurement for medical institutions in Kherson and Mykolaiv regions. The tenders were held in 2020-2021 for a total amount of UAH 2 million 749 thousand 550. The procurement involved the purchase of services for the maintenance of a software product that should be synchronized with the medical electronic system "Polyclinic without Queues".

In addition, the antimonopoly authorities imposed a fine on a passenger transportation company for failure to provide information.

Earlier, two hotels added stars to their ratings without having the appropriate documents. Antimonopoly authorities imposed a fine on these hotels.
