A military unit located in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Odesa region, has announced a search for a supplier of DJI Mavic 3T Enterprise quadcopters worth almost UAH 9 million.

This is reported in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The expected cost of the procurement is UAH 8 million 862.2 thousand, and it is planned to be conducted in the format of a request for quotation. The company plans to purchase 54 drones.

The DJI Mavic 3T Enterprise is a professional engineering quadcopter with a thermal imager that allows for high-performance mapping and geodetic missions without the need for ground control stations and high costs. These drones are currently being actively used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform reconnaissance and tactical tasks.

Request for Proposal (RFP) is a procurement method through Prozorro Market that can be used by the customer to determine the best price.

The procedure may seem similar to open bidding in terms of stages, but there are some peculiarities:

The customer announces a request for a product of a certain category, and then the system sends notifications to all suppliers who are accredited in it.

If a supplier already has a product in the catalog, he can

The supplier can either accept the offer or ignore it. If the supplier decides to respond to the request, in this case, in the "Registration of offers" block, you need to specify your price (it can be lower than the customer specified in his request) and select the product.
