Kyiv firm wins 10 million road tender in Odesa without auction

The Road Maintenance Department of the Odesa City Council has conducted a procurement to select a company to pay for the maintenance of a number of sections of the municipal road network.

The relevant information is available in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with the special features of competitors in the limited liability company "DSK Avtoshlyakh". The company expects to receive UAH 10 million 373.1 thousand for the current repair of 5.6 thousand square meters of city roads.

According to the YouControl service, DSK Avtoshlyakh LLC was registered in 2019 in Kyiv, but the ultimate beneficiary is Hennadii Spryshevskyi from Odesa.

Since 2019, the company has repeatedly won tenders announced by Odesa City Hall. Since its establishment, the company has participated in 126 public tenders, winning 91 of them. All these tenders concerned work in the Odesa region and, according to YouControl analysts, brought the company more than UAH 150 million.

Earlier, the Road Department of the Odesa City Council held a procurement to select a contractor who will be paid for the current repair of sections of the street and road network of Odesa's municipal property. The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features and the only participant was Eurodor Limited Liability Company.
