Firm of Izmail MP wins right to maintain roads in Odesa region for 780 million

The Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Odesa region has held an auction to select companies that will pay for the operational maintenance of public roads of national importance.

The announcement was published in the Prozorro e-procurement system.

The procurement was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features, but three companies took part in it: Rostdorstroy Limited Liability Company, Evrodor Limited Liability Company and Paritetbudinvest Construction Firm Limited Liability Company.

Eurodor LLC was chosen as the winner, having agreed to work for UAH 780 million 775 thousand.

The company will maintain sections of nine highways:

According to the YouControl service, Eurodor LLC belongs to Gevorg Avetisyan, a deputy of the Izmail City Council. The company was registered in 2005. In 2025, the company has already won government tenders totaling UAH 42 million 944.8 thousand.

For example, the Road Maintenance Department of the Odesa City Council repeated the procurement to select a contractor who will be paid for the maintenance of the city's municipal road network. The auction was held in the format of open bidding with a single bidder, Eurodor Limited Liability Company.
