The Service for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in Kherson Oblast started the new year with significant expenditures on major repairs of residential buildings damaged by shelling and road repairs.

The year began with the adjustment of the estimate documentation for the overhaul of private residential buildings in the village of Posad Pokrovske in the amount of almost UAH 3 million.
Since the beginning of March, the Kherson Region Restoration Service has started announcing multi-million dollar tenders for the overhaul of residential buildings in Posad Pokrovske for a total of UAH 184 million 551 thousand 258.
More than 4 million was allocated to adjust the working projects for the new construction of private residential buildings in the same village.
In addition, bidding for more than 111 million was announced for the reconstruction of the gas supply system in the village of Posad Pokrovske, but it was suspended.
UAH 902 million 693 thousand 740 was allocated for the new construction of private residential buildings in Posad Pokrovske.
Tenders for the maintenance of public roads of national importance in Beryslav and Kherson districts have also recently been announced, with UAH 350 million 115 thousand 704 allocated for the purpose.
In addition, four procurements for overhaul services of the street and road network in the same village were announced in Kherson region for a total amount of over UAH 589 million.
Thus, since the beginning of 2025, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in Kherson Oblast has initiated public procurement for a total of over UAH 2 billion.
In addition, billions of hryvnias have been allocated in Mykolaiv region to restore critical infrastructure, including to improve transport links and ensure stable water supply.
