The Izmail Commercial Sea Port is planning to reconstruct the power supply system by installing a solar power plant (SPP) to compensate for its own electricity consumption by administrative and industrial buildings.

The relevant information was published on the Prozorro portal.

The customer was the state-owned enterprise Izmail Commercial Sea Port, and it is planned to spend UAH 2 million 865 thousand on the preparation of design and estimate documentation.

The project involves the modernization of power grids and the installation of solar panels on the territory of the enterprise. The work on the development of documentation and further implementation should be completed by December 31, 2025.

Applications from contractors will be accepted until March 28, and on March 30, an auction will be held in an open bidding format with special features that provide for reduced deadlines for submitting applications and appeals.

Earlier, the Izmail seaport signed a major cargo transportation contract with Ukrzaliznytsia. The expected value of the procurement is UAH 150 million. The contract was concluded under the non-tender procedure of procurement from a single participant, as only Ukrzaliznytsia can provide such services.

Also, the Izmail Commercial Sea Port purchased a minivan from the South Korean manufacturer Hyundai Staria for UAH 2 million 034 thousand through a direct contract, i.e. without bidding. The port purchased the vehicle from the Odesa subsidiary of Basis Auto, the ultimate beneficiary of which is Oleksandr Kaufman, the brother of the odious businessman Borys Kaufman.

The Izmail port also purchased a garbage truck for 5 million hryvnias from the MP's company with Russian business.
