It took nine million to repair the shelter for the Mykolaiv executive committee

The building of the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council is scheduled to undergo routine repairs to the shelter. In total, more than nine million hryvnias were spent on repairing and equipping the protective structures.

This is evidenced by data from the Prozorro public procurement system.

Thus, it is planned to repair the civil defense structure No. 52461. The expected cost of the procurement is UAH 4 million 409 thousand 314.

The auction is scheduled for October 10. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 22 thousand 46. The bidders are not required to provide a bid security or to fulfill the contract.

The tender documentation also states that the open bidding is conducted through an electronic auction.

If a bidder intends to engage subcontractors, it must pay for their services in the amount of at least 20 percent of the contract value. In total, there are 179 items of repair services to be performed by the contractor.

These include dismantling doors and wooden skirting boards, disassembling floor coverings, manually cleaning the interior surfaces of ceilings and walls from paint, priming, plastering, painting, etc. Also, installation of a fan and air conditioning system, installation of plumbing and a reserve water tank, electricity and lighting fixtures.

The contractor will receive payment for its services upon completion of the work. The repair work should be completed by December 20, 2024.

In early August, the executive committee of Mykolaiv City Council planned to repair the basement of the first entrance, which is located in the administrative building. The expected cost of the repair was UAH 4 million 805 thousand 759. The winner had to complete the repairs by December 31, 2024.

A little later, the executive committee announced another auction for the renovation of the basement in the executive committee's administrative building. This time, more than three hundred thousand hryvnias were allocated for the purchase. The repairs are to be completed by October 31, 2024.

Earlier, the executive committee announced an auction for carpentry work in the administrative building. The committee planned to spend more than two and a half million hryvnias on carpentry and carpentry work, or rather, on replacing metal-plastic windows and door blocks in the administrative building.
