Information about this is posted in the Prozorro system.

The municipal institution "Center for Financing and Economic Activity of Educational Institutions and Facilities of the Prymorskyi District of Odesa" announced a procurement in the format of an open tender with special features for specialized transportation services for schoolchildren.

It involves transportation of children from Kotovske village to school No. 75 in the center of Odesa in two shifts. As well as transportation from the village of Tairovo. The procurement was divided into two lots with a total budget of UAH 1.5 million.

One bidder per lot registered for the bidding, and they became the winners. Thus, private entrepreneur Oleksandr Shtokalo agreed to transport children from the village of Kotovske for UAH 702 thousand.

According to the youcontrol analytical system, he has been registered as an individual entrepreneur since 2002 and has over 22 years of business experience. His main business is passenger transportation. Additionally, he is engaged in the activities of travel agencies and booking services.

The other lot for the transportation of children on the route from Tairove village to secondary school No. 75 was given to a private entrepreneur, Yuriy Tomashuk. The sole proprietor was registered in 1999 and has 25 years of experience in transportation. He will receive almost UAH 700 thousand for this.

The customer is currently waiting for the signing of agreements with carriers.

Earlier, modern school buses purchased at the expense of the state and local budgets were handed over to the communities of Odesa Oblast.

The Center for Public Investigations reported that on September 6, the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa Regional State Administration amended the agreement with the Etalon Auto Trading House LLC, which won the tender for the supply of school buses. In particular, the amendments clarify that out of UAH 30 million 566 thousand to be paid by the local budget, UAH 29 million 130 thousand is to be paid by local communities, and UAH 1 million 436 thousand is to be paid by the regional budget. Another UAH 56 million 430 thousand are funds allocated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purchase of school buses. They are provided for in the state budget. The bus supplier was selected at a full-fledged auction, in which three other companies participated in addition to the winner.
