In Odesa, a company without competition will repair a boiler house for 20 million

The Odesa City Heat Supply Company selected a contractor for the routine repair of a boiler at the Severna-1 district boiler house without a tender. Only one company applied for the tender, and it won.

Currently, the TMA is preparing to sign an agreement with the private enterprise Promzvjazok - Pivden, which has agreed to carry out the modernization for UAH 18.6 million. It is about repairing a hot water boiler PTVM-100 at the district boiler house "Severnaya-1" located on Heroiv Defynyi Street in Odesa.

Initially, the budget envisaged spending UAH 20.1 million for this purpose, and all work should be completed by October 25, 2025.

According to the documentation, it is planned to dismantle worn-out parts, replace the lower convection package and boiler tent structure, install new pipelines, insulation and gas flues, as well as conduct hydraulic tests and remove debris. In total, about 45 technical operations are planned. The works should improve the reliability of the boiler house before the new heating season.

In addition, the company is engaged in various construction and repair works, production of electrical switchgear, equipment rental, wholesale of equipment and materials, technical consulting, architectural activities, as well as various other services related to the construction, repair and maintenance of equipment.

In recent years, the company has been actively participating in government tenders, with customers including the TMA, the Capital Construction Department of the Southern City Council, various utilities and government organizations.
