The amendments provide for financial support to key utility companies. In particular:

According to the document, funding is provided from the budget of the Kherson city territorial community and other sources not prohibited by law. The head of the Kherson City Military Administration has been appointed as the person responsible for implementing the program.

As stated in the order, the program will support the work of utility companies, modernize the municipal infrastructure and ensure sustainable development of the city in the face of modern challenges.

In total, more than UAH 1.2 billion is planned for the implementation of the Comprehensive Program for Sustainable Housing and Utilities of the Kherson Community for 2022-2026.
