According to the project, the medical facility will not only be renovated, but also repurposed: the premises will be converted into modern rehabilitation wards. The customer is the Bereziv Central City Hospital. The expected cost of the work is over UAH 28.2 million. All work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.

Applications from contractors will be accepted until June 12, and the next day the auction will be held in an open bidding format with special features that provide for reduced deadlines for submitting applications and appeals.

The tender requires the dismantling of doors, boxes, cladding, flooring, brick partitions, and garbage removal. A separate block provides for the purchase and delivery of all the necessary equipment, furniture and supplies for wards, occupational therapy rooms, physical therapy and offices, including rehabilitation beds, exercise equipment, orthoses, bandages, office furniture, household appliances and specialized products.
