Olga Evert, Director of the Department of Economics and Investments of the Kherson City Military Administration, is resigning.

This was reported by Kherson MBA. She has been the head of the department since August 1.

According to her, she is leaving the post due to family circumstances. Evert explains that her minor child lives abroad, and she is not able to travel due to her position, so she prioritizes her upbringing. She also assured that her dismissal was not related to changes in the leadership of the city government. She notes that the relationship has been good.

Olha Evert was appointed head of the department on the night of April 18, 2024, the same day that the president announced the dismissal of the then-head of Kherson MBA Roman Mrochko. The appointment order was signed after his official dismissal. In 2015, Evert was elected to the Dniprovskyi District Council from the Revival party, which was headed by pro-Russian Mykhailo Opanaschenko. Later, she was in the close circle of MP Hanna Sereda, known for her pro-Russian rhetoric.

In addition, Evert headed the local branch of the Women for Peace organization, which is affiliated with OPFL and Natalia Korolevska, and was her assistant in the Verkhovna Rada. In 2020, she joined the board of the regional organization Volodymyr Saldo's Bloc and ran for the city council from the Khersonites party. After the Russian invasion in 2022, Olga Evert left the occupied Kherson.

The Kherson MVA classified data on the owners of kiosks in the city center and refused to provide information on the owners of new kiosks that appeared on the territory of the former Crystal market in the center of Kherson. Officials refused to respond to a journalist's request for passports of attachment, land use, and owners of temporary structures, citing risks to the safety of residents and possible consequences for property.

In April, Kherson MVA ordered three cars for almost 2 million. These are Chery Tiggo 2 PRO cars or their equivalents for a total of UAH 1.8 million.
