The Kherson Regional State (Military) Administration plans to purchase three new Chery Tiggo 2 PRO cars or their equivalents for a total of UAH 1.8 million.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the Prozorro platform.

On April 4, the Department of Infrastructure of the Regional State Administration announced three tenders, setting the price of each car at UAH 600 thousand. According to the terms of the procurement, the delivery should take place by May 30, 2025.

The vehicles must be brand new, not used, not pledged or arrested, not used for demonstration trips, and free of any legal encumbrances. Suppliers are required to provide a letter of guarantee confirming compliance with these requirements.

The tender documents state that the customer expects to receive vehicles with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine, manual transmission, 178 mm ground clearance, and an environmental standard of at least Euro-6. Options include front airbags, ESP electronic stabilization system, cruise control, air conditioning, touchscreen display, rear view camera, LED optics, and alloy wheels. The color of the car is gray, the equipment is Luxury. The body is five-door.

Meanwhile, in Kherson, Municipal Guard has for the second time signed an agreement to purchase 12 pickup trucks at the expense of the Kherson City Territorial Community budget without using the electronic procurement system. The total amount was UAH 16.8 million.

Back on February 28, the previous contract concluded under a simplified procedure was published. At that time, Kherson MVA explained that this was allowed by law during martial law if the region was in a war zone and there was an urgent need for procurement.

In Odesa, a military unit of the National Guard conducted a simplified procurement for the purchase of three vehicles totaling UAH 7 million 818 thousand.
