The gas supply systems owned by Yu-Gaz Limited Liability Company in Odesa were sold for UAH 36 million 318 thousand.

Gas supply systems consisting of 66 items are located in Odesa region and Odesa and are owned by Odesagaz Joint Stock Company on the right of economic management. Access to the information about this object was limited, as under martial law such information is classified as restricted.
The buyer was Fintrust Capital Limited Liability Company. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in 2024 in Kyiv. The ultimate beneficial owner is Alina Gudkova, a resident of Zhytomyr.
The starting price of the auction was UAH 125 million 234.9 thousand, but the new auction was held in the format of a hybrid Dutch auction.
A hybrid Dutch auction is a price reduction bidding, during which the initial value of a lot is reduced step by step until one of the participants stops the reduction. Then comes the stage of closed bids: other participants can offer a price higher than the fixed price. The winner is the one who offered the highest amount. However, the participant who stopped the decline in the first stage has the right of last resort and can outbid the opponent's maximum price in the third stage. The auction starts even without participants, as it is possible to join after the start. It is used to sell assets whose market value is difficult to determine: overdue loans, property of bankrupt banks, or in the case of unsuccessful English auctions.
This was a repeat auction, the first one did not take place due to the lack of bidders. At that time, the starting price was UAH 166 million 979.9 thousand.
