Five representatives of the occupation administration in the Novotroitsk municipal district in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region voluntarily resigned their "deputy" mandates.

According to the publication Most, Vira and Valeriy Nikishyn, Oleksandr Chernyaev, Yuriy Ivanov, and Oleksandr Nosalsky terminated their "powers" ahead of schedule. All of them wrote their resignations.

This is not the first time that collaborators have resigned their "mandates". The occupation administration held pseudo-elections in September 2023, claiming an alleged 65.14% turnout. However, since then, more than 20 representatives of the so-called "Council of Deputies" have resigned from their positions, and another "deputy" lost his mandate due to death.

Meanwhile, law enforcement officers identified two residents of the Kherson region who organized the illegal elections for the occupiers. They were served suspicion notices in absence of cooperation. Investigators also exposed a couple from Kherson region who voluntarily helped the occupiers organize a fake referendum.

In addition, it became known that Anatoliy Negra, the former longtime head of Hola Prystan in Kherson region, works as a driving instructor at an illegal school set up by the occupiers. He teaches practical driving at the Skadovsk branch of an illegally established driving school registered in Armyansk, Crimea.

The SBU also exposed the activities of Oleksandra Pshenychna in the occupied territory of Kherson region. The woman used to be the head of the village of Zaozerne, and after the occupation she cooperated with the enemy and ran an illegal administration. She worked for a long time in senior positions in the former Zaozerne village council: first as its secretary, and then as the village head. After the village joined the Tavrychanska community in 2016, she worked as a starosta there.
