Budget expenditures for kindergartens increased in Dobroslav

Deputies of the Dobroslav village council in Odesa region made changes to the budget at the session, adding, in particular, an increase in expenditures for preschools by 852,69 UAH to raise salaries.

According to an Intent correspondent, expenditures for Onyskove and Shompoliakh, where there is a kindergarten, were increased by UAH 117.4 thousand, for the music school by UAH 216.6 thousand, for the social services center by UAH 400 thousand, and for the department of education, culture, youth and sports by UAH 168.8 thousand (at the expense of an educational subvention from the state budget of Ukraine).

In general, the expenditure side of the budget was increased by UAH 1 million 437 thousand 873 for the general budget fund in accordance with the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 26, 2025, on increasing the salaries of pedagogical staff.

As explained by Olha Zadorozhna, chief financial officer of the hromada, the salary increase for general secondary education institutions has already taken place and the teachers received it in January and February, while for preschool education institutions and the social service center it was not provided for when the budget for 2026 was approved.

In addition, due to the overperformance of the local budget, funds were allocated to the Department of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports in the amount of UAH 90 thousand for cultural institutions to improve electrical networks, and UAH 70 thousand for major repairs to the basement of the Kremydiv school (to adjust the design estimates). To transfer a minibus to the social services center, which was received by the community through international grant support and will transport seriously ill community members to medical institutions in Odesa, all the necessary documentation must be completed, and UAH 117 thousand has been allocated for this, and UAH 90 thousand for the development of the boundaries of the industrial park in the village of Kremydivka.

The revenue side of the budget was also changed, increasing by UAH 168.8 thousand. According to Olha Zadorozhna, head of the financial department, this is a subvention from the state budget to local budgets to provide state support to people with special educational needs - an additional payment to teachers working with this category of children.
