Dobroslav increases spending plans for defense and school meals

At a session on February 5, members of the Dobroslav village council made a number of changes to the village budget, including an increase in planned expenditures for defense and baby food.

According to Intent's correspondent, in particular, they made changes to the program for financing mobilization training and defense activities for 2026-2028.

After the changes, the total amount of the program reached 5 million 169 thousand hryvnias, and it was 5 million 149 thousand hryvnias. UAH 20 thousand was added for the needs of the district recruitment center. UAH 270 thousand was planned for fuel and lubricants, purchase of stationery, transportation of mobilized personnel and other needs. The funds were distributed to nine military formations as follows: two formations were allocated UAH 300 thousand, three - UAH 200 thousand, four - UAH 100 thousand.

The revenue part of the general fund was increased by UAH 8 million 68.5 thousand at the expense of a subvention from the state budget of Ukraine. The budget for meals for students of general secondary education institutions was increased by UAH 5 million 975.8 thousand. The educational subvention for the salaries of teachers of secondary schools with accrual for 8 months amounted to UAH 46 million 439 thousand, the educational subvention for the maintenance of an inclusive resource center for 8 months - UAH 3 million 879.2 thousand, the subvention for the payment of salaries in the field of education - UAH 4 million 546.2 million (additional payment of UAH 2600 to employees in this area for working in difficult conditions). A subvention of UAH 50.7 million was allocated from the regional budget for territorial defense. UAH 432 thousand was allocated for the maintenance of a veteran support specialist.

Expenditures increased by UAH 12 million 177.9 thousand. Of these, the general fund increased by UAH 8 million 641.6 thousand, and the special fund by UAH 3 million 536 thousand. UAH 200 thousand was allocated for the improvement of the premises in the Onyskiv Youth Space. Expenditures for the operation of generators at the village council increased by UAH 32.1 thousand, and for landscaping by UAH 24.1 thousand. Expenditures on fuel and lubricants for the generators were reduced by UAH 504.2 thousand, with their subsequent refund based on the results of the first quarter of 2026. One million hryvnias was transferred to the state budget of Ukraine for territorial defense.

The Department of Education, Youth and Sports increased its expenditures by UAH 9 million 316.4 thousand at the expense of subventions related to wages and food. Expenditures for the creative center were reduced by UAH 185 thousand and sent to centralized accounting due to changes in the staffing table - the driver was removed from the creative center and this unit was transferred to centralized accounting. The bus is on the balance sheet of the Education Department. It covers the costs of fuel and lubricants and the driver's salary.

In addition, we received a subvention from the state budget of Ukraine in the amount of UAH 34.6 thousand for meals for pupils in grades 1-4 and a subvention for the further reconstruction of the building of the Dobroslav kindergarten in the amount of UAH 5 million.
