Dobroslav added 5 million to the budget for education

Deputies of the Dobroslav village council in Odesa region approved changes to the budget revenues by UAH 6 million 643.1 thousand.

According to an Intent correspondent, this happened at an extraordinary session of the village council.

The increase was mainly due to subventions from the state budget for the provision of meals for students of general secondary education institutions (grades 5-11) - UAH 2 million 232.5 thousand and for additional payments to teachers of general secondary education institutions for UAH 2 million 871.5 thousand (UAH 2 thousand 600 from September 1, UAH 1 thousand 300 before September 1).

We also added a subvention from the local budget to support the activities of specialists in supporting war veterans and demobilized persons - UAH 7,600. In the special fund, the subvention from the state budget to the local budget to improve the quality of nutrition for primary school students was also increased by UAH 268,500.

The expenditure part of the budget was also increased by UAH 6 million 640.1 thousand, including UAH 6 million 831.6 thousand for the general fund, and UAH 191.5 thousand for the special fund. For utilities, we redistributed unused funds for electricity to provide the population with drinking water. We redistributed energy savings funds to the village council and allocated UAH 500 thousand to the social services center, UAH 150 thousand to the urban planning and architecture department and the children's service, and UAH 240 thousand to the economic department.

The program for the development of land relations, land protection, spatial planning and regulation of communal property rights of the Dobroslav settlement territorial community for 2025-2028, which the deputies approved at the same meeting, allocated UAH 90 thousand, UAH 7,600 for salaries with accruals from the subvention for the work of a specialist in supporting war veterans.

The Department of Education, Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports is planning to increase its expenditures by UAH 5 million 472.5 thousand. Expenditures on preschool education were reduced by UAH 90 thousand (savings on natural gas payments) and allocated to the creative center and salaries for general secondary education institutions, in addition to payments for current expenses (for using the Internet in Troiadiv school), electricity payments were reduced and natural gas payments were increased by UAH 360 thousand. Expenditures on salaries for library workers were reduced by UAH 95 thousand and increased for cultural institutions. Travel expenses for the children's sports and youth school were increased by UAH 35 thousand by reallocating funds for energy, where there are savings within this unit.

Expenditures for additional payments to teachers of general secondary education institutions and for meals for primary school students were increased in line with the amounts of subventions. Reduced expenditures on the reserve fund by UAH 430.8 thousand, increased the subvention from the local budget to the state budget under the program for financing mobilization training by UAH 500.8 thousand, and allocated a subvention from the local budget to the regional budget for the maintenance of public roads of local importance - Stari Shompoly - Dobroslav - Kordon - Pshenyanove - UAH 1 million.
