Asphalt repair at bus stops in Odesa was decided to be entrusted to a road builder at the cemetery

The Road Facilities Department of Odesa City Council has conducted a procurement to select a contractor for the current repair of the pavement in places intended for waiting for public transport rolling stock, boarding and disembarking passengers, and approaches to them.

The relevant announcement was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

We are talking about bus stops: First Station of Lustdorf Road in the direction of "Lustdorf", First Station of Lustdorf Road in the direction of "Center", Southwest Massif in the direction of "Center", Tribune of Heroes Square in the direction of "Lustdorf", Trybuny Heroyev in the direction of "Center", Third Station of Lustdorf Road in the direction of "Center", Vuzovsky Residential Area in the direction of "Lustdorf", Vuzovsky Residential Area in the direction of "Center", Officers' Street in the direction of "Lustdorf". The total area to be repaired is 1,961 square meters.

Thebidding was conducted in the format of open bidding with special features, and the only participant was the private enterprise Dorlider. According to the YouControl service, the company was registered in Odesa in 2015. Its owner is Ihor Berezhok from Odesa.

Earlier, the Road Maintenance Department of the Odesa City Council held a tender to select a company that will be paid for the maintenance of five city streets. The bidding was conducted in the format of an open tender with special features, and the only participant was the private enterprise Dorlider. The tender stipulated that the company would receive UAH 7 million 902.3 thousand if the agreement was concluded, and the work would have to be completed by December 31.

On May 22, 2025, the Specialized Utility Enterprise entered into an agreement with the company to select a company to build the road surface of the Zakhidne Cemetery.

Dorlider PE and Berg Group Limited Liability Company took part in the auction . The offer of the LLC was more favorable - the company agreed to work for 16 million 148.9 thousand hryvnias, but this offer was eventually rejected. The private enterprise asked for more - UAH 18 million 548.7 thousand.
