The declaration of Andrii Tymchenko , deputy head of Odesa Regional State Administration, for 2025 showed that the official keeps the largest savings not in bank accounts but in cash in foreign currency. In addition, his property list includes real estate in the capital.

The document reflects all sources of income, available property, vehicles and monetary assets of Tymchenko. In the capital, he owns two apartments: his own 104.7 m² property purchased in 2012 for UAH 1.161 million, and a 51 m² apartment purchased in 2007 for UAH 547 thousand in joint ownership with Nina Timchenko (he owns 67%).
The deputy head of the Odesa Regional State Administration also owns a 2,429 m² land plot in the village of Kharkivtsi, Kyiv region. Among his vehicles, he declared a 2006 Toyota Prado car purchased for UAH 379.5 thousand. There are no securities, corporate rights or construction in progress in the declaration.
During 2025, the official received a salary of UAH 1.1 million at the Odesa District Administration and additional income in the form of a cashback from the bank for UAH 484. The official keeps 570 thousand hryvnias, 145 thousand US dollars and 85 thousand euros in cash. For comparison, in 2024 he had UAH 370 thousand in cash, and the amount of foreign currency remained unchanged.
According to the declaration for 2022, when Timchenko was running for office, he worked for the Architectural and Construction Company Miskzhytlobud and had 576 thousand hryvnias in cash, 200 thousand dollars and 100 thousand euros.
In addition, Veronika, the wife of Dmytro Radulov, Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, acquired ownership of two Skoda Kodiaqs made in 2023, one day apart, in 2025. Both cars cost UAH 1 million 688 thousand.
