The wife of the deputy head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration bought two cars last year

In 2025, Veronika, the wife of Dmytro Radulov, deputy head of the Odesa regional military administration, acquired ownership of two Skoda Kodiaqs made in 2023, one day apart.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, the official indicated the relevant information in his declaration for 2025, published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

Both cars cost UAH 1 million 688 thousand and are owned by Veronika Radulova, and one of them is used by the deputy head of the DEC. She purchased one car on August 12, 2025, and the other on August 13.

At the same time, Veronika Radulova earned UAH 1 million 593.7 thousand from her business<i> </i>over the year. Dmytro Radulov himself earned UAH 1 million 507 thousand as deputy head of the administration and UAH 4 thousand 280 thousand as a part-time lecturer at the Odesa National Economic University. The couple also received 6 thousand as a national cashback.

In 2024, she became the owner of a 68.3-square-meter apartment in Odesa and rented a 2023 Skoda Kodiaq.

Also, in 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2020, Dmytro Radulov used a parking space in the village of Lymanka, which belongs to Dmytro Heorhiiovych Radulov, apparently the official's father.

The family's savings consisted of cash and bank accounts. Dmytro Radulov has 700 USD in cash and 12,500 UAH in bank accounts. Veronika Radulova has 17 thousand dollars and 15 thousand euros in cash and 234.7 thousand hryvnias in bank accounts.
