America House Odesa has summarized the results of the podcast competition, where participants took turns presenting their projects.

According to an Intent correspondent, the jury members received printed sheets with the names of the participants, podcast titles, the order of presentation, and evaluation criteria.

Criteria for selecting contestants

After the speeches, the jury had 20-30 minutes to discuss and determine two winners: one received mentoring from Seбто Media, the other from Sea of People. The winners are: Valeriy Puzik (Sixth Studio project) and Anastasia Samarkina (Lesya in Ukraine project).

Separately, two more participants , Mykyta Paterko and Oleksandr Slavskyi, received mentoring opportunities from Intent.

In May, the editorial board of Intent also completed the training of the first set of students of its media school. In May 2025, certificates were awarded to graduates who completed the full course of study. The Intent Media School is an educational project designed to train new media professionals focused on working in local and regional media. It combines theoretical classes with on-the-job training in the newsroom, allowing participants to feel part of the journalism profession.

Earlier, Intent co-founded the UA Recovery Window MediaNetwork, which includes independent media, NGOs and think tanks focused on high-quality and transparent coverage of all aspects of Ukraine's recovery. This association was launched on January 22, 2024.
