During a nighttime drone attack in Kherson region on September 6, the Air Defense Forces destroyed 7 Shahed-131/136 over the region's territory.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to the official, over the past day, on September 6, Tokarivka, Sadove, Komyshany, Tyahyntsi, Antonivka, Beryslav, Kozatske, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Mykilske, Tomyna Balka, Havrylivka, Oleksandrivka, Prydniprovske, Rakivka, Burgunka, Urozhayne, Vesele and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes. The Russian military hit a critical infrastructure facility and a shop; residential areas of the region's settlements, including a multi-storey building and 11 private houses. The occupants also damaged garages, buses and private cars.
As a result of Russian aggression, 7 people were injured.
At about 10:00, the occupation forces attacked Komyshany. Two residents of the village came under enemy fire. One of them is a 72-year-old woman who was on the street. She received an explosive injury, contusion and shrapnel wound to her lower back. In Antonivka , Russian troops attacked a local resident with a UAV. As a result of the drone's explosive drop, the 70-year-old man sustained an explosive injury and shrapnel wound to his shin. Later, another resident of Antonivka, who had been injured by a Russian drone attack, sought medical assistance. The 68-year-old man sustained a mine-blast injury and shrapnel wound to his arm.
In the morning, the Russian army attacked a local resident with a drone in Kindiytsia. As a result of the explosives dropped from the drone, a 55-year-old man sustained an explosive injury and a leg injury. In the afternoon, the occupation forces shelled Kozatske of the Novokakhovka community. A 59-year-old local resident was injured in the shelling. She received an explosive injury and leg wounds.
At about 20:30, the occupation forces shelled Oleksandrivka. A 64-year-old woman who was on the street came under enemy fire. The victim was hospitalized with an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to the chest.
The day before, on September 5, the occupants injured four civilians and damaged two medical facilities during shelling in Kherson region.
