Air Defense Forces destroy 10 enemy drones in Mykolaiv region

Mykolaiv region and the city were attacked with kamikaze drones and artillery. The Ukrainian Air Defense Forces repelled the attack.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

According to district military administrations and the operational command "South", on the night of December 22, air defense forces and means in Mykolaiv region destroyed 10 Shahed 131/136 UAVs.

On the evening of December 2, at 21.36, Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych reported that explosions were heard in Mykolaiv and that the threat of kamikaze drones continued.

On December 21, at 10:05 a.m., the water area of the Ochakiv community came under artillery fire. There were no casualties. Also, at 17:28, the enemy fired artillery at the Kutsurub community. There were no casualties.

On December 15, the enemy carried out an air attack on the city using Shahed 131/136 drones. The attack damaged infrastructure facilities and injured two employees.

On the afternoon of December 14, enemy forces attacked the Kutsurub community with an FPV drone. As a result of the attack, a Ukrposhta official vehicle was damaged. The driver was seriously injured and hospitalized.

On the morning of December 13, 2024, during a massive enemy attack in Mykolaiv region, Viktor, a rifleman of a mobile firing group of the Kherson Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade, shot down an enemy missile from a Stinger MANPADS.

On December 5, at 16:36, the city of Voznesensk was hit by an enemy missile attack. According to preliminary information, the Russians fired missiles of the X-59/X-69 type, which were successfully destroyed by air defense forces.

The falling missile debris damaged about 30 residential buildings, several cars and power lines. Work is already underway to restore power supply. Unfortunately, a 74-year-old man was killed in his own home.

During the day on November 26, the enemy carried out four attacks with FPV drones on the territory of the Kutsurub community. The Russian military attacked the village of Solonchaky with an FPV drone. The attack targeted a crowd of people during the distribution of humanitarian aid. Six people were injured: two representatives of the humanitarian mission and four local residents.
