A contractor has been selected in Tairove village to build a canteen for UAH 164 million

The Tairova village council held a tender to find a contractor for the construction of a 90-seat school cafeteria with a radiation shelter for UAH 163 million 849.8 thousand.

According to the Prozorro electronic procurement system, this is the amount requested by Euro-Style Group, a limited liability company.

The company was the only participant in the procurement, which was conducted in the format of open bidding with special conditions and it had no competitors. The construction is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2027.

The new building is planned to be modern, energy efficient and fully adapted to the needs of children, taking into account barrier-free accessibility and safety requirements. A bomb shelter has been designed in the basement, which can accommodate up to 227 people in case of an emergency. A separate warm passage to the shelter and dining room will be arranged for kindergarten children to ensure safe and comfortable movement.

The project also provides for the installation of ventilation, bathrooms, storage rooms for food and contaminated clothing, as well as a medical center. Initially, the construction of the canteen was planned for January 2022. However, after the full-scale invasion of Russia, the project was revised to include the need for protective infrastructure. Previously, funding was provided from a state subvention, but now the project is to be implemented at the expense of the local budget.

According to the YouControl service, Euro-Style Group LLC was registered in Odesa in 2016. The owner is Denys Kovtun.

The address of the new dining room coincides with the address of the 90-seat kindergarten in the village of Tairove - 40th Anniversary of Victory Street, 53-a. In December 2023, the State Enterprise "Odesa United Directorate for the Construction of Water Management Facilities" conducted a procurement in the format of an open tender with special conditions and selected PJSC "Mobile Mechanized Column-15 "Dunayvodbud" as the contractor. The cost of this project is UAH 81 million.
