The relevant order was signed by the mayor Oleksandr Senkevych.

The agenda includes 14 current issues, 1 budget issue and 136 land issues.

During the meeting, the deputies will consider the reorganization of the Center for Socially Significant Diseases, which is planned to be merged with the Primary Health Care Center No. 2, and will also amend the Program of Economic and Social Development of Mykolaiv for 2024-2026.

In addition, it is planned to expand the activities of Mykolaivoblteploenergo and to merge the Fairy Tale Children's Village Cultural and Gaming Complex with the Mykolaiv City Palace of Culture.

The deputies will also have to approve the city's public budget and reconstruct infrastructure facilities, including hospitals, educational institutions, the executive committee building, a boiler house, and a zoo.

Among other draft decisions, the Mykolaiv City Council is to consider renaming place names, increasing the authorized capital for the municipal enterprises Mykolaivelectrotrans and Mykolaiv Parks, approving the council's regulations and provisions on standing committees, and amending the composition of the executive committee.

At a meeting of the executive committee in Mykolaiv, changes were made to the Social Protection program for 2024-2026. The program provides for assistance to victims of the war, the Chernobyl disaster and people with disabilities, for which more than UAH 1.5 billion has been allocated.

New public transportation fares were also approved. Schoolchildren will be able to travel free of charge during martial law, and students will receive reduced fares. In addition, the Mykolaiv community received humanitarian aid as part of the Solar Resilience Kits for Ukraine project. Solar panels, batteries, and inverters were delivered to the city, which will improve the energy situation, especially during blackouts.
