The Prymorskyi District Court of Odesa found a native of Bilyayivka guilty of obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the special period and disseminating materials containing justifications for the persons who carried out the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which began in 2014.

According to the court's verdict, she was sentenced to five years in prison for the first offense and two years for the second.

However, her actual sentence in prison was replaced by a probationary period of two years. In June 2024, the convicted person used her cell phone to publish 10 posts about the location of mobile checkpoints of the Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support and the police.

Later, she also published several posts accusing the Ukrainian authorities of provoking Russian aggression and that some of the consequences of the shelling were caused by air defense activities.

At the court hearing, the woman pleaded guilty in full, sincerely repented and asked the court not to punish her severely, sincerely repented of her actions, condemned her behavior, and asked for a non-custodial sentence.

Earlier, the Prymorskyi Court of Odesa sentenced the serviceman to 15 years in prison for high treason. The information he passed to the Russian concerned the location of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, which could have harmed the defense and state security of Ukraine.

Also, a former paramedic from Odesa was sentenced to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property for high treason. After being recruited, the agent collected coordinates for air strikes on one of the region's port cities. Among the main targets of the enemy were the basing points of personnel and ships of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

The Security Service of Ukraine reported the detention in Odesa region of another agent of the Russian Federal Security Service who was coordinating missile and drone strikes on one of the region's port cities.
